 Brooklyn Severe-Duty Equipment Corporation manufactures and markets
standardized heavy-duty industrial, marine and military air conditioning,
drinking water, filtration and related systems made specifically for harsh
conditions.
We design and build all our equipment for industrial, marine,
military and governmental
customers who have corrosive, dusty, hazardous (explosive), hot, humid and
other harsh environments in their facilities or equipment.
To resist corrosion, BSDE makes all cabinets
of 316L stainless steel, protects evaporators and condensers with baked-on
epoxy, and uses only totally- enclosed motors with stainless-steel shafts. All air conditioners maintain full cooling capacity from 131ºF (55C) to 32ºF
(0C) without modification (and to -40ºF/C as option). Only mechanical
controls to avoid electrical problems. Units meet NEMA
4X and
IEC
IP56 standards. All air conditioners and bottled-water coolers can be built for
Division/Zone 2
or 1. User-friendly warranty.
